Compliance & Data Requests

Last updated: March 9, 2026

This page explains how individuals and organizations can submit privacy, compliance, accessibility, transparency, or related legal requests to LLT Connector.

1. Types of requests we can review

  • Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or consent-withdrawal requests where applicable law grants those rights.
  • California privacy requests to know, delete, or correct personal information, subject to legal scope, identity verification, and applicable exceptions.
  • Requests concerning cookie handling, browser preference signals, or website transparency notices.
  • Accessibility feedback or requests for alternative communication where reasonably practicable.
  • Questions about the legal notices published on the website.

2. How to submit a request

Email your request to llt@connectorllt.com and include enough information for LLT Connector to identify the relevant record set and verify authority. Please provide, as appropriate:

  • Your full name and company name.
  • Your role and relationship to the inquiry, account, or transaction.
  • The email address or phone number used in prior communication.
  • A clear description of the request and the records or time period concerned.
  • Any supporting documentation that shows authority to act on behalf of a company or another individual where applicable.

3. Verification and limits

LLT Connector may need to verify identity and authority before disclosing, deleting, or correcting data. We may decline or limit a request where an exemption applies, where the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, where the request conflicts with legal retention obligations, where the information cannot be reasonably associated with the requester, or where another lawful basis allows or requires retention.

4. Response timing

Where UK GDPR applies, LLT Connector aims to respond without undue delay and generally within one month, subject to extensions permitted by law for complex or multiple requests. Where California law applies, LLT Connector aims to respond within the statutory response period, which is generally 45 days and may be extended where permitted and with appropriate notice.

5. Accessibility and communication support

If you need a website notice or response in an alternative format, describe the format requested in your message. LLT Connector will review such requests in good faith and within reasonable operational limits.

6. Escalation

If UK GDPR applies and you are dissatisfied with a privacy response, you may have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. If California law applies, you may have rights to seek further review under the relevant statutory process.

7. No fee in ordinary cases

LLT Connector does not normally charge a fee for standard lawful requests. However, where a request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, a reasonable fee may be permitted by law or the request may be refused.
